Working Principle

The mill has four working positions on one turntable. Two or four mill jars can be installed according to experiment requirements. When the turntable rotates, each jar also rotates around its own axis, creating a combined planetary motion. The grinding balls and materials inside the jars are continuously impacted, sheared, and mixed at high speed until the target fineness is reached.

This high-energy motion improves collision frequency and material dispersion, helping to produce finer and more uniform powder. The minimum output granularity can reach 0.1μm under suitable materials, jar configuration, grinding media, and process conditions.
