Our Muffle Furnace, also known as a box-type resistance furnace or high-temperature box furnace, is designed for precise, clean, and stable heat treatment of metals, ceramics, powders, chemicals, and compound materials. Heated by electric heating elements and equipped with an independent muffle chamber, it allows samples to be sintered, ashed, melted, annealed, or heat-treated without direct contact with the heating elements, helping reduce contamination and improve process consistency.

Built for both research and production environments, this muffle furnace provides accurate temperature control, uniform heat distribution, and reliable safety performance. It is widely used in materials science, chemical analysis, ceramic processing, powder metallurgy, metal heat treatment, laboratory testing, and other high-temperature applications.

The furnace chamber is made of polycrystalline mullite fiber, offering low thermal conductivity, high structural strength, excellent thermal insulation, and improved energy efficiency. A reinforced composite furnace roof helps prevent deformation or collapse during long-term high-temperature operation, ensuring stable performance and extended service life.
